I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY ORDER, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Please message us directly via Etsy. If your item arrived damaged include at least 3 photos where we can clearly see the damage, we'll replace your item!


OOPS! I'VE MAILED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!
I'm terrible sorry but, as a business owner, there is no way for me to verify this claim. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address entered into the Etsy system is correct and, if a mistake has been made, to notify me within 24 hours so I can change it on the shipping label. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace packages that have been delivered to a wrong address provided by the buyer. If by any chance the package gets sent back to me I will reach out to you.


NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?
If for whatever reasons you need to change your delivery address. Please contact us ASAP the faster the better. Any changes to shipping address must be send to us via message AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Just send us a quick message indicating you need to change the address and include the new address on the message. We will confirm with you the new address via Etsy message. In case the package has already shipped we are unable to change the address!


WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
If you purchased multiple products they can/will be sent on separate packages at different times. You will receive separate shipment confirmation emails with tracking as the items ship. We also update you with the different tracking numbers for each package via Etsy message. However please reach out to us if you are still waiting on an item.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE?
When we ship your products, you will receive a tracking number*. Once your package is shipped by delivery company it's the responsibility of them. If you do not receive your package, please send me a message and I'll see what options I have. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered in the system.


SIZING INFORMATION
All clothing products include a photo with the size information for EACH t-shirt, tank top, sweatshirt, hoodie, etc. Please read carefully as we offer different shirt styles and each has different size dimensions. If you have ANY questions about size, feel free to message us.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AGREEMENT
Reading a product description and size it's very important when making online purchases. Customer/buyer is responsible for reading the full product description before buying. When you buy our products you agree to the products description, including design, size, materials, fabric weight and care instructions. The Purple Court will NOT replace items due to buyers remorse/lack of reading the description.


CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your made-to-order item please message us within 24 hours of placing it. Due to the nature of our made to order products once production starts on your order we cannot accept cancellations. Orders with ready-to-ship items: enamel pins, stickers, decals, mini prints, bookmarks, mystery bags, etc... must be canceled BEFORE we print the shipping label. We cannot cancel orders after they've shipped.


RETURNS
Due to the nature of our made-to-order products we currently do NOT accept returns. Please make sure to select the correct size and design when placing your order. Reading a product description and size is very important when making online purchases.


EXCHANGES
If you received a damage product or we made an error with your order please message us with at least 3 photos where we can see the damage within 2 days of delivery. You do NOT need to return the damage product. We will replace damage products, however we cannot offer refunds. In case we make an exception and accept an exchange the Customer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipment costs NOT The Purple Court.

CUSTOMIZED ITEM
On almost every instance we are able to take any of our designs and customized it into different products. Be sure to message us with the design and product you'll like customized! We'll let you know if is possible.
We can customized any t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, tank top, virtually any apparel piece from The Purple Court into different styles and fabric colors. Be sure to message us with your request!


T-SHIRT PRINTING TECHNOLOGY
Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It's sort of like printing on paper, except on a t- shirt. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. There can be a slight muting of colors, speckles, degradation and imperfections in your shirt as DTG printing gives a vintage look and feel to shirts. No refunds will be accepted for this. However if you feel there's a big noticeable imperfection in your print reach out to us with photos within 2 days of delivery.
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is more sustainable than other more outdated apparel printing methods, such as screen printing. Not only does screen printing use a lot of water and plastisol inks that don’t biodegrade, but it’s also generally used for bulk orders, which leads to overproduction. In comparison, DTG printing is more eco-friendly because items get printed only when they’re ordered, and this method can be used for single-item printing.By using DTG printing we avoid the overproduction that is widespread in the rest of the industry. Did you know? Unsold apparel stock is usually thrown out or burned, with fashion retailers alone wasting 92 million tons of textile each year!

ThePurpleCourt.com offers both made-to-order and ready-to-ship products.Made-to-order products, such as t-shirts, hoodies, blankets, mugs, etc. take on average 5-7 business days of production.Ready-to-ship products, such as bookmarks, stickers, mini prints, mystery bags, in-stock pins, etc. will ship 3 to 5 business days after an order is placed.If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items they will be shipped separately.
